"Go into all the world and proclaim the Good News to every creature."-Mark 16:15
You are loved, wanted, chosen, and bought with a price. Our Heavenly Father loved us so much He came to earth, became man, and sacrificed himself for our sins. You may have heard that the Bible is a love letter to us. It is just that. It's a constant story about how we are loved, cared for, and wanted, yet we continue to reject, push, and run away from this love. Please accept the greatest love you'll ever receive.
Many of us truly don't understand the meaning of the sacrifice and gift of salvation we are offered. To put it into perspective, I'll give you an example. You have a child, and it's your only child. The child is then beaten, whipped, mocked, cursed, humiliated, and then murdered for something they did not do and are very much against. You find out before they died, they prayed for forgiveness of those doing this injustice.
Those murderers and rioters who did nothing to help are now offered a gift. No prison time. Are you angry? I would be! I think every loving parent would be outraged. Well we are those murderers, every sin we commit is one of those lashes, a punch, a kick, a spit in the face. We caused His death and broke His heart. Instead of giving us the justice we deserve-hell, He offered us a free gift-Salvation.
He keeps drawing us near to Him. I pray you reject Him no longer. Seek Him while He may be found. Today, may you be granted the eyes to see, ears to hear, and heart to receive Him.
He is calling you now, don't wait any longer. You don't have to have your life in order to call out to Him. We're never promised tomorrow. It is often when we are in our darkest and lowest times, we are more willing to hear and listen. Luke 5:31-32
"And יהושע (Jesus) answering, said to them, “Those who are well do not need a physician, but those who are sick. “I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.”
Accept Him and seek Him daily.
Once we believe and accept Elohim (God) in our lives, we shouldn't stay as we are. Ephesians 4:21-23
"if indeed you have heard Him and were taught by Him, as truth is in יהושע (Jesus): that you put off – with regard to your former way of life – the old man, being corrupted according to the desires of the deceit, and to be renewed in the spirit of your mind,"
We need to repent of our sins and change our ways. He will help us through the many temptations and trials. We just need to remain faithful as He is.
